Restaurant Reopens After Police Shooting

Las Vegas, Nevada (CNN) A Las Vegas pizza restaurant reopens a week after a deadly police shooting.

It was an emotional day for Cici's workers and customers alike.

The pizza place re-opened on Sunday, a week after two police officers were gunned down while eating lunch there.

A memorial dedicated to the two officers has been growing in front of the Cici's all week.

People also lined up to eat at the restaurant.

Owner Mike Haskins says he had a grief counselor on hand in case anyone was overcome by emotion.

“We all made a commitment to each other that we were going to watch out for each other, and if any employee observes another one struggling or hurting, they would let me know so we could get them the help they need,” Haskins explains.

Haskins is donating 100 percent of his sales Sunday to the families of the slain police officers.

Last weekend police say a married couple went on a shooting rampage, killing the two officers, then a Walmart shopper.

Officials say the man was killed by police. His wife shot and killed herself.
