Staying Safe On Halloween Night

By Joey Martin

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Staying safe during trick–or–treating is the number one priority of one local martial arts instructor.

And this Monday kicked off three straight days of free classes to teach the young ones how to do just that.

Brian Higgins from Success Martial Arts takes trick–or–treaters safety to a whole other level.

During the class Higgins not only talks to the kids about staying safe.

Higgins also addresses the parents in the room to keep a close eye on their young ones on Halloween night.

“There is things parents are afraid of and there are the things that actually go wrong… and they’re not the same. So the goal is to help dispel the myths and give people the information they need to keep their kids safe.”
Said Brian Higgins from Success Martial Arts

The class will meet 4 more times over the next two days… the 29th and 30th.

The first is at 5:15 and again at 6.

Success Martial Arts is located at 1300 Kimberly Road.

The Halloween class is free to the public and anyone is welcomed to join.
