Summer Robotics Camp

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A camp designed to teach young kids the joys of engineering and robotics got under way in Twin Falls.

The Summer Robotics Camp got underway inside the Rick Allen room at the CSI Herrett Center this Tuesday.

The camp is part of the nationwide "First" network.

"First" stands for "For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology".

Around 20 kids will be split into teams and use math, science and engineering skills to build a programmable and competitive robots.

The camp will meet over the next three days and pre registration was required.
