Ketchum, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) The 4th annual Sun Valley Harvest Festival got underway this Thursday.
The 4–day Harvest Fest is being described as Foodie Heaven by festival officials.
This Thursday kicked off the festival with a specialized panel featuring young food entrepreneurs who have gone on to great success.
The panel was moderated by Rachel Hofstetter, Author of “Cooking Up A Business”.
Those who attended the panel were able to listen to amazing success stories along with taking part in an interactive question and answer session.
The Harvest Festival continues this weekend and is jammed packed with everything a food lover could want.
“This event has just grown and doubled in size every year. On Friday were going to do our favorite restaurant walk. They’ll walk around and be able to sample all of the great food from our local restaurants here. Over on Saturday at Dollar Lodge we have some guest demonstrations from chefs from all over the country… making some of their favorite recipes. It’s not to be missed, we do all of the sampling afterwards… it’s a really fun experience.”
