Two Shoshone Women Injured In Crash Near Boise

Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Wednesday afternoon, the Idaho State Police say a one-vehicle crash has left two Shoshone residents injured. The crash along I-84 near the Blacks Creek exit, happened when Lacey Oneida, 32 of Shoshone, who was westbound, when a small item came out of the bed of a pickup, causing several vehicles to swerve. Oneida overcorrected, was unable to regain control of her vehicle and drove onto the median shoulder where the 2002 Saturn SD rolled once coming to rest on its wheels.

Oneida and her passenger, Kendra Perez, 32 of Shoshone, were not wearing their seatbelts and were both transported by ground ambulance to St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center.
