More than 200 participants came out to the Walk MS 2013 Twin Falls event.
The event aims to raise awareness for multiple sclerosis and raise money to help those affected.
Event organizer, Megan Nettleton, whose husband was diagnosed with MS in 2008, talked about the importance of the walk.
Says Nettleton, "These walks are really fundraisers but another important part is making connections. People come and they meet other people with MS and they connect with their friends and families and coworkers and that's really what it's all about."
Walkers could either do a 1 mile or 3 mile loop.
This year, it's estimated that the event raised around 12 thousand dollars.
