Woman Dead After Early Morning House Fire

UPDATE: 11:37 A.M. - The victim has been identified as Theresa L. Hopkins-Olaitan.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV /KTWT-TV ) One person is dead following an early morning house fire in Twin Falls.

City spokesman Josh Palmer says the fire broke out just after 2AM Monday morning.

The fire was located at 321 5th Avenue East in Twin Falls.

When firefighters arrived, they found a female inside the home who was unresponsive.

Paramedics tried to resuscitate the woman but were unable to revive her.

The 54 year old was pronounced dead at the scene.

City officials say she was the only person in the house at the time of the fire.

The blaze is still under investigation, however detectives say no foul play was involved.
