In a little over a month from now a new convention center being built on the canyon rim in Twin Falls will be ready to open.

Dan Willie, the owner of the Canyon Crest Dining and Events Center, is pleased about the positive feedback he is receiving from the community.

That's because many have taken tours of the facility which sits right on the canyon rim.

Willie says, "everybody is behind us and it's going to be a great asset and it's kind of a monument for Sonya and I, and it will probably be one of the last things we build and its' just neat to have something this awesome in twin falls, Idaho on this location."

Willie says it's taken two and a half to three years to complete the process. But with near eighty events already booked for this year, it has been well worth the wait.

The facility will have a restaurant and be able to accommodate reunions, weddings, banquets, seminars and much more.

It will also have a state of the art acoustic sound system and screens will be able to come down from the ceiling.
