Jerome Man Arrested In Boise Following A Fight And Stabbing
Boise, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A 22 year old Jerome man was arrested by Boise Police following a fight. Boise police say they were called to a fight involving multiple suspects at 6th and Idaho Street early Sunday morning, July 15th, at approximately 2:30 a.m. Witnesses tell police two groups of people became involved in a confrontation. At one point, the confrontation escalated into a physical fight involving several suspects. Witnesses tell police Alberto Villagomez-Zavala, 22 of Jerome, threw a glass bottle striking one victim in the head. Witnesses also indicated that Ottis Moore, 24 of Boise, stabbed an adult victim, causing a very small stab wound. During the investigation, officers recovered a small folding knife from Ottis Moore's person. The adult male stabbing victim was treated at the scene and released by paramedics. Police say that alcohol was a factor in this incident. The two aggravated battery suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail. Three additional suspects were cited for disturbing the peace and released.
