Exchange Students Visit Area
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) How would you like to take your vacation in a country halfway around the world? Two dozen exchange students from china are spending the next two weeks in southern Idaho. They spent some time practicing conversations in the classroom. But they'll visit roaring springs and learn how to play baseball. This trip was organized by the northwest international student exchange based in Portland, Oregon. Xie Pengju is one of the students. “We go swimming, go pizza party, go fishing, and we watch movies, yeah.” Thanks to the Idaho fish and game the students will learn how to catch, filet, and cook fish while they're in Magic Valley. They'll also visit craters of the moon, go roller skating, and learn about our culture here in America.
