UPDATED Man Arrested For Thursdays Zion’s Bank Disturbance Arraigned In Court Today
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Mark Alan Olson remains in jail on a $5,000.00 bond. A public defender has been appointed. Pre-Trial is set for august 28th at 2PM. The man arrested for causing a disturbance at Zion’s bank will be arraigned today in a Twin Falls courtroom. Police arrested 32- year old Mark Alan Olson on a misdemeanor disturbing the peace charge.
This, after officials say Olson went into the bank to cash a check and was refused because his ID was damaged. Police say that's when Olson threatened to come back to the bank with a gun. An hour later, officers say he returned to the bank so employees pushed the panic button and police arrested him. Bond on the misdemeanor charge has been set at $221.
