Sarabia-Leon pleads guilty to less charge in kidnapping case

A man originally accused of kidnapping a Gooding man at gunpoint last year has changed his plea to guilty.

Jose Cristobal Sarabia-Leon ('sarah-"bee"-uh' 'lee-"own") has agreed to be sentenced for lesser charges in exchange for a guilty plea.

He's scheduled to be sentenced on April 8th.

Sarabia-Leon was arrested with four other people in connection to the kidnapping of 55-year old Jose Perez from a dairy near Wendell.
