Gas prices in Idaho have hit a new record high with self–serve regular fuel in the twin falls area now selling for between $3.27 and $3.29 a gallon.

Officials with the Idaho AAA organization say gas prices could continue to climb over the next few months.

Gas was selling for around $3.10 a gallon just a month ago and a year ago, the average price of gas in Idaho was $2.54 a gallon.
