Payless armed robbery suspect in custody in Nebraska

Luck ran out for the man who was wanted by the Cassia County Sheriff's Department for robbing Payless Shoes in Burley at gun point early last Friday.

According to Lieutenant Randy Kidd, 18 year old James Brock Shallrcross was apprehended in Ogallala, Nebraska after the stolen car he was driving ran out of gas.

Kidd says that Nebraska law enforcement officials have taken Shallcross into custody on new charges of robbery, as well as the Cassia County charges of felony armed robbery.
