Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - Good news for Chobani yogurt who will soon be calling Twin Falls home. A new study shows adding more yogurt to your diet may help lower your risk of high blood pressure. Boston researchers followed more than 2,000 volunteers for 15 years. They found people who ate yogurt were much less likely to develop high blood pressure, which is a risk factor for heart disease and stroke. Yogurt is also packed with vitamins and minerals.
