Crews Stop Gas Leak but Repairs Continue 3 Lanes on Blue Lakes Open
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A natural gas leak in twin falls caused a traffic jam along Blue Lakes Blvd. North this afternoon. The gas leak happened at around 1:30 p.m. at the Old Oasis Stop’N Go after construction crews struck a gas line. The leak is fixed, but they'll still be testing and repairing the line.
For about an hour, fire and police crews restricted travel to one lane in both directions while gas crews worked to repair the line. No evacuations were ordered but area businesses were asked to keep their doors and windows shut until the repairs were complete. Comments ( |
