A Twin Falls man could spend up to two decades in prison for the stabbing death of another man.
This afternoon Judge Stoker sentenced 33 year old Antonio Peralto to a maximum of 20 years.
Peralto must serve at least six year of that before he's eligible for parole.
Peralto plead guilty earlier to charges of voluntary manslaughter.
This stems from an incident in October of last year when Peralto and the victim Roland Galvan got into an verbal and physical altercation.
Galvan was stabbed and later died of his wounds at the hospital.
Judge Stoker said he believed Peralto truly felt sorry for the actions that he took the night of the incident.
