Construction Crews Accidently Break Water Main South Of Jerome
Jerome, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Construction workers rebuilding an intersection south of Jerome accidently broke a water main. At about 5:45pm this afternoon, crews working at the intersection of Nez Pierce and South Lincoln Avenue broke the water line. Water began flowing south down South Lincoln slowing traffic. Workers spent several hours Monday night making necessary repairs. Jerome Public Works Director Walt Appell said that the break only affected the businesses on the East Side of South Lincoln.
