Thompson Creek Fire Closure Lifted
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Minidoka Ranger District say the closure due to the Thompson Creek Fire have has been lifted today. Officials are cautioning forest visitors to look for potential hazards including falling trees, rolling rocks and debris, and occasional flare-ups if fuels dry out. Forest visitors may continue to see smoke from burning logs and duff over the next several days; little to no fire spread is expected. That according to Julie Thomas with the Sawtooth National Forest.
