Police Arrest Man For Assault In Restaurant Drive Thru

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - The Twin Falls Police were called to Burger King on Blue Lakes early Tuesday morning. According to Lt. Craig Stotts with the Twin Falls PD, the initial report indicated a person in a White pickup was ramming another vehicle in the drive thru lane just before 1am Tuesday. While in route, police learned the suspect had pointed a hand gun at the victim. When police arrived they arrested Juan Sanchez, 24 of Twin Falls. Sanchez was arrested for aggravated assault. Authorities say they believe alcohol was a factor but are waiting for lab results. He may face a DUI charge as well. After Sanchez was taken into custody, police say they found a 40 cal. Semi automatic handgun in his vehicle.
