Former Burley teacher ,67 year old, James Pepcorn was in a Rupert courtroom again Thursday.

One witness testified that Pepcorn made inappropriate advances toward her and some of her family members while he was teaching night classes at Weber State College in Ogden, Utah more than 40 years ago.

His defense attorney asked that the two sexual abuse cases against Pepcorn be heard separately because the victims involved are witnesses in each other's cases.

More witnesses were scheduled to testify in these two cases, but not all of them were able to appear today.

Pepcorn's sentencing in the cases still has to be scheduled.
