One person is dead and another was arrested after a crash on interstate 86 this morning.
Idaho State Police say 42 year old Thomas Banks of Walnut Creek, California was traveling at a high speed in the left lane when he drifted and made contact with another vehicle.
The driver Robert Hughes of Chubback lost control and rolled several times.
Hughes was transported to the Cassia Regional Medical Center and released.
But his passenger 64 year old Janet Burton of Chubback was ejected and died at the scene.
Banks was taken into custody and faces charges of felony vehicular manslaughter.
