A Buhl man was arrested after a drug bust - and was sent to jail to wait for some other charges that were already pending.

Twin Falls County Sheriffs deputies arrested 25 year old Rafael Soto, at 117 Sixth Avenue South in Buhl last week.

Soto was arrested for 'possession of methamphetamine - with the intent to deliver.'

He also faces several federal weapons charges in Boise.

Sheriff's spokes woman Lori Nebeker says Soto was arrested and booked here in Magic Valley and then transported to the Ada County jail, where he's waiting for his trial on the weapons charges there.
