Dade's Murder Trial Pushed Back

By Gina Jameson

05/14/08

The trial for one of three men charged with killing South Park resident Leland 'Joe' Hoshaw has been pushed back.

44-year old Dana Dade was scheduled to go on trial late this month - but that's now been pushed back to December.

Dade, Jeremy Johnston, and John Bond were all arrested by Twin Falls Police after incident at a South Washington Street duplex on November 15th.

In February, Bond pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting a second degree murder.

It's uncertain if Bond will testify in either Dade’s or Johnston
