Man Cited For Riding Bicycle While Intoxicated

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Twin Falls Police cited a man riding a bicycle while intoxicated early Monday morning. According to the police report, Alva Deen Garrison Jr. was charged with being an intoxicated pedestrian at 1:42am Monday. He was riding a bicycle on the sidewalk in the 2200 block of Kimberly Road near a construction zone. Police say they observed him swerve into the roadway as a vehicle traveling west, drove by. According to court records, Garrison’s blood-alcohol level was 0.134. The legal limit is 0.08.
