A sentencing hearing scheduled for Thursday in Blaine County will be postponed until later this summer.

17-year old Freddy Tellez was scheduled to be sentenced in the death of 16-year old Margarita Guardados. Her body was found next to a dumpster on Mountain Ash Drive in Hailey.

An autopsy found the victim most likely died from stab wounds to the left side of her head - prior to her body being set on fire.

No new sentencing date for Tellez has been set.
