Plane Crash Trial To Court After Four Years

A trial on assorted lawsuits growing out of a January 2006 plane crash in Southern California -won't begin until November 2009-nearly four years
After the accident that killed four Wood River Valley residents.
Killed in the crash of the Hailey-based citation jet were Janet Shafran - Frank Jellinek - Jack Francis - and Andy Garratt.
Shafran was the wife of former Ketchum city councilman Steven Shafran - who was a co-owner of the jet.
The national transportation safety board ruled that pilot error was to blame for the crash at the Mc-Clellan-Palomar airport roughly 30 miles north of San Diego.
Various lawsuits by families of the deceased have been filed against the owners of the jet - the airport - San Diego County - and the federal aviation administration.
