Eleven year old Anthony Vosdoganis loves sports especially golf.
"When Turbo has a day off, I'll go out and play a little golf, kind of get the exercise."
Turbo is anthony's caretaker and has been a friend of the family for years.
Michael “Turbo” Magallan says "He's kind of like my surrogate child, I guess you could say."
Anthony has experienced a childhood that not many could even fathom.
He has had two liver transplants one at the age of 9 months and then one last year at 10.
Magallan says "He was born with congenital condition biliary atresia, the absence of the bile ducts, and most of the time the condition will be rectified by liver transplants."
Anthony missed 100 days of school last year at the time of his second liver transplant.
His surgeon at UCLA is one of the top doctors in the country for this surgery whom Anthony built quite a bond with. Anthony is part of the make-a-wish program.
And for his wish - he went to New York with his mom going to a Yankees game and getting a signed ball from Derek Jeter.
