Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT) This year marks the 25th year for Paint Magic, and to celebrate 25 homes are getting a make over.

Like a home on Second Avenue in Twin Falls; its owned by the Patterson’s and needs a new coat of paint; all this week the paint crew from D.L. Evans Bank will be working away on this house.

Ray Parrish, who is on the DL Evans paint crew says, "We are so excited to do it Mr. Mrs. Patterson have lived here for almost 50 years and they are so deserving of this and they're going to paint this house kind of a chocolate with a white trim so were really excited as employees at DL Evans to be able to do this for them."

Some of the homes selected for repainting will also get weatherized; new energy efficient windows were installed in the Patterson’s home before painting starts.

Homes across the Magic Valley from the Mini–Cassia area to the Hagerman Valley will get redone.

It’s being done for qualified elderly and handicapped people.

At the end of the week all the hard work of the paint crews will be awarded in the Twin Falls City Park with a barbeque.
