24 year old Anthony Nunes appeared In 5th District Court Monday morning.

Nunes was bound over to district court on unlawful possession of a firearm. He is set to appear in court again in November for a pre-trial conference.

This all stems from an early morning shooting in June, where one man was injured in the face. According to witnesses at least four shots had been fired.

Nunes originally faced 2 additional counts of aggravated battery. However, no probable cause was found on those two counts.
