State Department Of Correction's officials are investigating the apparent suicide of an Idaho inmate being held at a privately run prison in Texas.

37-year old Randall Demont McCullough was found unresponsive in his cell.

McCullough was serving time for robbery in Twin Falls County.

Prison officials found a note that indicates McCullough committed suicide - however the exact cause of death is under investigation.

372 inmates from Idaho are being housed at the detention center in Littlefield, Texas.
