A farm labor contractor from Buhl has pled guilty to operating without a required state license.

According to the Idaho Department of Labor 35 year old Hector Hugo Flores of Buhl will be sentenced September 16th in Twin Falls County court.

Flores who entered his plea Monday faces a maximum penalty of $1,000 in fines and 60 days in jail on the misdemeanor charge.

Officials say Flores was cited earlier this month by the Twin Falls County Sheriff for running a crew of farm workers in a bean field near Buhl.

He is the ninth person convicted of violating the 2003 state licensing law.
