Sentencing In A Local Vehicular Manslaughter Case

A Magic Valley resident was sentenced this afternoon for his role in a car crash this past February that left one person dead and three more injured.
John Richardson Junior was sentenced to fifteen years in prison, with ten years of it fixed, for each of one count of vehicular manslaughter and three individual counts of aggravated driving under the influence.
Richardson Junior was arrested on February fifteenth after his blood alcohol level measured a point-one-two, over one-and-a-half times the legal limit.
Thirty-year-old Jason Burch was killed in the February fifteenth accident.
