The last of three men charged in a home invasion burglary in Twin Falls last summer was in court today.

19 year old Justin Curtis Byrns pled guilty to one count of burglary two months ago.

Co-defendants 20 year old Brandon Lee Rankin and his 18 year old brother Casey Rankin were sentenced to three years probation.

The judge came down harder on Byrns.

Fifth District Judge Randy Stoker told Byrns, "I think you have a lack of work ethic. The prosecutor says that your main reason to work is to pay your bondsman and pay your cell phone bill. That tells me that your priorities in life are way afar from where they need to be."

Judge Stoker sentenced Byrns to up to five years in prison, but sent him to a six month 'rider' program first.
