California man found not guilty for stabbing friend

Thursday, a jury handed down their decision about a man involved in a stabbing in Hagerman.

The jury found 31 year old Tobias Millyard not guilty of aggravated battery, in an April 12th incident where he stabbed his best friend, 27 year old Scott Adams four times.

During the two day trial witnesses testified that the two men considered themselves brothers and that the minute long fight simply got out of hand.
