The names of the two people involved in an accident on New Year’s Eve have been released.
37 year old Paula Schnieder of Kimberly was killed just before eleven pm that night – when 33 year old Wallace Patriquin of Chester, Idaho was driving a semi truck westbound on highway 30.
The Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office says the semi hit Schnieder's SUV at 3300 East.
They say Schnieder failed to yield to the semi – and that alcohol may have been involved in the crash.
The accident is still under investigation.
