A former Twin Falls School District substitue teacher and volunteer volleyball coach charged with sex crimes against a 15-year old boy has waived his preliminary hearing and been bound over to 5th District Court.

22-year old William Arthur Stevens was charged in October with 2 felony counts of sex abuse of a child under 16, 4 felony counts of lewd conduct, and 1 misdemeanor charge of distribution of obscene material.

Stevens is a 2004 graduate of Twin Falls High School and is currently free on $20,000 bond.
