Oakley resident dies in fatal accident

Idaho State Police officials are investigating a fatal accident that happened around 6 o’clock Wednesday night in Twin Falls County.

84-year old Rhea Goodrich of Oakley, was south of Murtaugh on the 4500 East Road, turning onto 2900 North. ISP says she didn't yield to oncoming traffic-and her vehicle was struck by a pickup driven by 19-year old Alvin Buschhorn of Twin Falls.

Goodrich died at the scene, while Buschorn received only minor injuries, and a 2-year old passenger in Buschhorn's vehicle received minor injuries.
