UPDATE: Authorities investigating 1 vehicle roll-over accident near Hazelton

There has been a trust fund set up at U.S. Bank for two of the three boys that were involved in a 1 vehicle roll-over accident near Hazelton yesterday.

Idaho State Police say that 18-year old Douglas Henderson of Twin Falls was traveling westbound on State Highway 25 near milepost 26 when he attempted to pass another vehicle and lost control of the car, hitting a telephone pole.

Police say he was going too fast for conditions.

Henderson was uninjured but his two passengers, Justin McCormick and Andrew Johnson-Crumrine, both students at Hazelton High School, received serious injuries and the two were taken to St. Al's in Boise.

According to reports, both boys are listed in serious, but stable conditions.

Two people under the age of 18 were transported to the hospital after a car they were riding in collided with a telephone pole near Hazelton Thursday afternoon.

Idaho State Police say that Douglas Henderson, 18, of Twin Falls was traveling westbound on State Highway 25 near milepost 26 when he attempted to pass another vehicle and lost control of the car, hitting a telephone pole. Police say he was going too fast for conditions.

Henderson was uninjured but his two juvenile passengers both received serious injuries.

One was transported by air ambulance to St. Alphonsus and the other was treated at St. Luke's Magic Valley before also being flown to St. Alphonsus.

No one was wearing their seatbelt and the crash is still under investigation.
