A Hagerman man managed to get a new lawyer, and his trial has been pushed back roughly three months.

69 year old Leslie Roy Lynch appeared in a Gooding County courtroom with his newly hired attorney Greg Fuller of Twin Falls.

Fuller asked Judge Barry Wood to postpone Lynch's trial on sexually related charges so Fuller could get up to speed on the case.

Wood rescheduled Lynch's trial from May 5th to August 3rd.

Gooding County Prosecutor Calvin Campbell says the trial could last until August 11th.

Lynch is charged with three counts of lewd conduct of a child under the age of 16 and one count of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 16.
