The sentencing date has been set for a former substitute teacher on sex related charges.

Last week 23 year old William Arthur Stevens pled guilty to one count of lewd conduct with a minor.

In exchange for that guilty plea, prosecutors dropped five other charges, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor and three other counts of lewd conduct with a minor.

As part of the plea bargain, the prosecution will ask the judge for a total of twelve years in prison, six of those fixed, and six of them indeterminate, along with a possible rider program.

District Judge Randy Stoker ordered a psycho–sexual evaluation for Stevens and set his sentencing date for Monday, June 15th at 1:30 pm.
