A Burley resident charged with felony vehicular manslaughter will be arraigned in Cassia County 5th District Court.

According to court records, 30-year old Jamie Peterson waived his right to a preliminary hearing before a magistrate. He was charged following a 1-vehicle accident last October that killed 27-year old Maria F. Romo of Heyburn, who was a passenger in the vehicle.

Peterson also faces one count of aggravated driving under the influence.
