Four people have been arrested in Cassia County, after search warrants were issued for two homes. Sheriff’s deputies along with members of the Cassia County Critical Response Team searched two residences in Burley at 500 Malta, and 257 South Highway 27.

Arrested were 42-year old Julie Marie Smith, 40-year old Sharlene Martin, 34-year old Justin Thomas Jones and 19-year old Weston Scott Galbraith.

Cassia County officials say stolen property was recovered and illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia were found at both homes.

At one location, an 11-year old female and 14-year old male were taken and placed in protective custody with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare because of the alleged drugs found in the house.
