If you live outside the city of Twin Falls – you might see a quick response unit come to help you during a medical emergency.
John Darnall, president Filer Quick Response, "We either come to accidents, fires, anything along those lines. We consist of first responders and Emergency Medical Technicians, it's what we do."
Volunteers make up the quick response unit.
They run off of donations – contributions and fundraisers like the one held today.
Snake Harley–Davidson hosted tonight's festivities after the motorcycle ride and pancake breakfast that this morning at Adventure Motorsports.
Mandry Wardle with Snake Harley-Davidson says "If they don't make the grade, they're pulling it out of their pocket to go out and save people."
Wardle hopes the fundraiser beats last year's total of six thousand dollars – but was unsure due to the weather not cooperating.
However, if you still want to help — you can contact your local QRU.
