A man charged with unlawful possession of slot machines was in court for a deposition hearing. Twin Falls resident Dale Robert Black was in court this morning regarding fees and fines he still needs to pay.

Black was sentenced last November for unlawful possession of slot machines that were seized from the Pioneer Club. According to the state he still owed roughly 600 dollars in fines and fees.

Since being initially placed on probation last fall, the state says he's only checked in with a probation one other time. Judge Harris ordered four days of jail time for Black and imposed an additional one hundred dollar fine.
