Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT) It’s been talked about it for months, and Tuesday all the T's were crossed and the I's dotted.

The Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency approved a five-year lease with C-3; the agency bought the former Dell Call Center Building located at 851 Pole Line Road in January.

C-3 is a third party customer contact business operation that expects to sign one or more agreements with health care services companies.

While their final employee figures aren't finalized, they expect to hire between 900 to 12-hundred employees by the end of the year.

Melinda Anderson, with the City of Twin Falls says, "It's incredible. It's a big, big, big boost to the community especially at a time where our economy is not working as well as we would like to see it."

The annual lease amount is 385-thousand dollars, or eight dollars per square foot of building space.
