At the end of January, a Magic Valley man was pulled over on highway 93 South of Twin Falls, where a police officer discovered nine pounds of marijuana in his car.

Three months ago Keith Allen Gentry, 59, of Hazelton pled guilty to one count of trafficking in marijuana. He decided to change his plea to "not" guilty, which led to a motion to suppress the original plea.

Gentry then withdrew his request for a suppression hearing, and now he's scheduled to change his plea before Judge Randy Stoker at 9 am Monday.
