It's just over 24 hours away for the New Year....

Like New York....you can witness a ball drop right here in Twin Falls.

A few days ago, organizers were testing a 2–foot diameter copper ball.

It will drop with a 20 second count–down on new years eve in old town.

The ball will be lit up with 2 huge stage spot lights....and projected on the silos for everyone to see.

Woody's and Phat Eddies.... Co sponsors of the event....will have live entertainment beginning at nine.

Rent–a–center and preservation twin falls are also donating equipment.

The ball drop is free....and everyone is welcome to ring in the New Year in downtown Twin.
