Woman rescued from Snake River early Fri. morning

Early Friday morning a woman had to be pulled from the Snake River at Thousand Springs Resort. According to the Twin Falls County Sheriffs Office 32 year old Marie Bahena of West Valley, Utah went for a swim at 1:15 Friday morning.

Two other with the woman had to swim out after her when she began to drift away from shore.

People were able to get her onto a boat and safely to shore. The woman was taken by Air Saint Luke’s to Twin Falls were she is in an unknown condition.
