A Twin Falls man is charged with vehicular manslaughter. Daniel Straub, 22, was arraigned in Fifth District Court yesterday; if convicted, he faces 15 years in prison.

In June, according to records, Straub was driving his pickup near the Shoshone Falls turn, and decided to pass another vehicle. He ended up colliding head-on with bicyclist Daniel Webster, who was riding in the other lane.

A toxicology report says Straub's blood alcohol content was point.08, the legal limit to drive.

His preliminary hearing is set for Friday, September 4th.
